Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to meet customer expectations and KPIs.
- Oversee P&L, budget, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards in the warehouse.
- Drive process improvements and implement new strategies to enhance performance.
- Engage with customers on operations and contract renewals while ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Train and motivate the team to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder with at least 5 years in a managerial role; knowledge in automation and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA) and operations dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience in innovation and team motivation.
