In this role, you are responsible for end to end recruitment process.
- You are required to work closely with stakeholders such as hiring managers from the respective business units, HRBP etc.
- End to end recruitment prcoess wil encompass sourcing, shortlisting, positioning qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews and being part of the selection process.
- You will also be involved in the salary proposal and offer negotiation process.
- Additionally, you will also be handling the sponsorship/scholarships portfolio such as organising and participating in outreach events, shortlisting and interviewing potential students, preparing of bond deeds, attending to student queries and processing of allowances.
- This position requires you to be able to build a good pipeline of qualified candidates to fill evergreen/critical positions and to maintain/report necessary recruitment numbers where required.
Requirements
- Degree with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in HR recruitment functions
