SCM Executive
Job Summary
- Work with SCM team to identify the pain points within the current monthly reports.
- Involve in the business requirement, gathering, documenting the SCM report requirement.
- Work with IT analytics solution team to identify the data source and define the report framework
- Compile data into report and Power BI presentation
- Support / provide guidance to users on report interface, user acceptance test and Go Live support
- Understand the Demand and Supply planning process
- Lead the development of SCM report / dashboard
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for collecting and analysing data to provide trend
- Generate report / dashboards and present findings
- Incharge of database management and data maintenance
- Data visualization and Dashboard creation
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply planning and demand forecasting, inventory management
- Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP systems, TM1 system.
- Good with Power BI, Microsoft excel, and MS office tools
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- At least 3 years’ experience preferably in Supply Chain Management in Hi Tech industry
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent
