Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of clientele, develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities
- Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to finalisation
- Manage a team of audit professionals and assist the Audit Partners and Directors in delivering assurance services to a portfolio of clients
- Perform review work of audit teams' findings
- Coach, mentor and build high performance teams
Requirements:
- Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
- Minimum 10 years' relevant work experience in a public accounting firm
- Possess strong technical (accounting/auditing standards), project management and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess initiative and an analytical mind
- Ability to lead a team of like-minded professionals
