Key Responsibilities:
- Present brands and products to various stakeholders – media, B2B partners, B2C prospects
- Stay up to date on EV industry & product knowledge, prepare training materials, conduct product refresher and competitor training
- Assist customers with product/software-related adoption issues and troubleshooting
- Compile and analyse industry and product business reports
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities
