About the Job
You will be responsible for managing endpoints and applications, which includes overseeing their administration, support, security, and optimization for a diverse client base.
Requirements
You will need min diploma in IT or computer science with at least 3 years of experience in endpoint and application management within a managed service environment.
- Proficiency in endpoint management tools like JumpCloud, Clonezilla, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with applications such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Active Directory, Adaxes, Atlassian Products, CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, Zendesk, Slack, and MFA security tools are preferred.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible.
- Expertise in managing Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or ITIL Foundation Certification would be a good for the role.
