Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Build and own a sales portfolio that sets out the strategy to achieve your key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's new and existing products/services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Identify customers' needs and create relevant sales presentations for the company's products/services.
- Create, execute and maintain account plans for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities including strategy, goals, tactics and milestones.
- Initiate and drive technical activities in line with the business goals such as:
- Leverage on advanced-level engineering knowledge to analyze technical needs and solve complex engineering problems
- Provide technical support for both academic and commercial customers
- Perform engineering simulation consulting services
- Customize and conduct ANSYS software training
- Provide some technical support relating to electromagnetics theory, RF system and antenna design, high-speed PCB design, EMI/EMC, signal/power integrity or RF circuits and antenna
- Create and demonstrate simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows, in support of the software sales process
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and software evaluation
We would love to hear from you if:
- You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related specialization.
- You possess knowledge and understanding in areas such as electromagnetics theory, high-speed electronics, RF system and antenna design, high-speed PCB design, EMI/EMC, signal/power integrity or RF circuits and antenna
- You have knowledge in Product Design, Manufacturing Process, FMEA, DOE Optimization, Root-Cause Analysis, Six-Sigma or TRIZ methodologies.
- You have the ability to build relationships with prospective customers through the use of various prospecting techniques.
- You are professional, with a strong sense of ethics and morals.
- You are self-motivated.
- You have excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- You are confident working in a fast-paced environment.
