Responsibilities
- Perform all daily operational activities of import/export shipments which includes execution of shipments, follow up on documentations, permits, invoicing to customers, vendor invoices
- Ensure all import/export processes are carried out timely
- Prepare sales, shipping, LC negotiation, insurance and other documents in compliance with customer requirements and import/export regulations.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping/forwarding agencies, insurance companies and banks.
- Inventory management and delivery planning
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in supply chain or relevant field
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
