Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management to develop and execute actionable business strategies for promoting KPay payment solutions.
  • Actively mentor and guide the sales team, providing hands-on support to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Proactively manage and track leads and opportunities, communicating status updates regularly to enhance win rates and sales velocity.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of top accounts and formulate strategies to achieve specific business goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, working alongside consultants to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in driving successful sales pursuits and establishing strategic alliances.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Business Development or Sales; regional experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong new business development skills: adept at prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, influencing senior decision-makers, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented, with a passion for strategic sales and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), along with strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Adaptable and proactive in navigating a fast-paced and challenging landscape.
  • Proficient in utilizing sales reports and CRM systems for tracking and analysis.
