Job Overview:
The Director of Commercial is responsible for driving the commercial strategy of the company. This includes overseeing sales, business development, marketing, and customer relationships. The Director ensures the company meets its revenue targets and expands its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and markets.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
Lead sales teams to increase revenue. Set and track sales targets.
3. Marketing & Brand Development:
Oversee marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. Enhance brand visibility and market position.
4. Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Team Leadership:
Manage and support the commercial team. Set clear performance targets and ensure the team achieves them.
6. Budget & Financial Management:
Manage the commercial budget. Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.
