What you'll be doing
- Oversee clinic facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Manage preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance to meet quality expectations
- Conduct checks and contractor reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Consolidate user needs and manage projects within budget and timelines
- Maintain documentation for all maintenance and project activities
- Assist with certifications (ESS, OHSAS) and new clinic developments
- Respond to alarms or critical faults promptly
- Handle additional duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering
- 1 - 3 years of experience in facilities management within healthcare properties
- Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an advantage
