Job Description:
- Build and maintain a strong and efficient team.
- Responsible for setting sales targets and managing the teams under their portfolio to achieve the sales objectives
- Responsible for the development and performance of brand, by establishing and implementing plans in promotions, events, merchandising and staff development and movement.
- Manage and coach the retail team (Branch Managers, Front Desk and Therapists) to improve store team motivation, sales productivity and customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams (Supply chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Learning & Development, HR etc).
- Sales operation responsibilities including promotion execution, managing customer issues, auditing of operating protocols and vetting of rosters and commission reports.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the outlets, training of staff.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Retail which includes 3 years of supervisory skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
- Self-starting.
- People-centric.
- Resourceful and able to take accountability.
