Our Client is a prestige beauty company that originated in Italy. We seek a regional Business Analyst (Two Year Contracts -Renewable/ Convertible) to join the dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Comprehensive Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly sales reports, monitor performance, and conduct deep-dive analyses by channel and product line.
· Monthly Financial Reporting: Oversee key reports including sellout consolidation, T&E expenses, Advertising & Promotion reviews, pricing accuracy checks, and sales budget support.
· Budget and Strategic Planning: Assist in the budget process, revisions, and 3-year strategic planning; coordinate submissions and ensure alignment across departments.
· Procurement and Compliance Oversight: Monitor purchase procedure compliance, manage POs, and provide guidance on procurement system best practices.
· IT and Project Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to support and implement new finance-related systems and functionalities (SAP/POS/BW), alongside managing ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance.
· 3+ years in finance
· Good Excel/PowerPoint skills
· Fluent in English, good communication skills
· Ability to work in a team, self-organised, disciplined and hands-on
· High level of professionalism and attention to detail
