Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Packer & Logistics Assistant, key responsibilities will include:

  • Keep close track of inventory and ensure timely purchase of goods when required.
  • Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure goods are packed on time.
  • Plan and organise packing schedule for part-time staff as and when necessary.
  • Pack, stock, organise and re-arrange products in warehouse, ensure warehouse premises is neat and clean.
  • Provide assistance and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Min N or O level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Physically fit to work in warehouse environment.
  • Preferably able to operate forklift, manage loading and unloading of products.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is a must.
  • Team player with good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
