Roles and Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Packer & Logistics Assistant, key responsibilities will include:
- Keep close track of inventory and ensure timely purchase of goods when required.
- Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure goods are packed on time.
- Plan and organise packing schedule for part-time staff as and when necessary.
- Pack, stock, organise and re-arrange products in warehouse, ensure warehouse premises is neat and clean.
- Provide assistance and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Min N or O level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Physically fit to work in warehouse environment.
- Preferably able to operate forklift, manage loading and unloading of products.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is a must.
- Team player with good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
