As a Full-Time Frontline Executive, you will have the opportunity to be an ambassador of The Alternative Story (T.A.S.). You will be in charge of engaging customers and providing administrative support to our customers and teachers. You will be the backbone of our centre operations where your traits of being detailed and service-oriented will enable you to excel in what you do.

Required Qualifications
- Customer-oriented and communicative

- Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administration (not a requirement but a plus)
Other Details of the Role
- Attractive compensation and benefits package
- Work schedule consists of 4 weekdays (includes Friday) and 1 day of the weekend (Sat OR Sun)
- 11.30am - 7.45pm (3 of out 4 days from Mon to Thurs), 1 pm - 10 pm (Friday), 8.30am - 5.00pm (Sat OR Sun)
- Work location will be at Ang Mo Kio Central OR Parkway Centre
- Commitment period of 1 year

About The Alternative Story
We are an English and Creative Writing Tuition Centre for Primary School children. Since 2008, our passion has been to make learning come alive in our classrooms. We seek to inspire in our students a proficiency and appreciation for the English language that sets them up for success in academics and in life.
