Position
In a challenging and multicultural environment, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join an IT team in charge of Finance. The team handles the development of transversal and international projects.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the functional knowledge
- Write detailed specifications/US in line with the list of requirements provided
- Liaise with business for clarification and understanding of requirements
- Analyze functional impacts considering technical constraints with technical lead’s help
- Explain and work closely with the developers for the implementation of change/evolutions
- Responsible for the functional testing of development
- Create tests and define tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Others Business Analysts
- Conduct continuous testing in development environment for development monitoring
- Involved in support of application for functional incident
- 3rd level support work on request escalated from level 2
- Reproduce, make initial analysis and investigate by verifying data on the database or GUI
- Analyze and/or solve functional problems in coordination with developers
Qualifications and Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst from requirements gathering, solution planning, testing and documentation
- Proven experience in testing (writing, executing and monitoring test) particularly in managing of end-to-end testing for application releases
- Good knowledge of all phases of IT software development
- Capable to coordinate with both business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to answer to business needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Has strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Collaborative team player and is willing to share knowledge
- Proactive with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Functional
- Corporate finance knowledge
- Experience on project management is a plus
Technical
- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure TFS
- Knowledge and practical usage of SQL
- Exposure to API development is a plus
