Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support Senior developer in core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents.
- Responsible for ServiceNow code development work, scripting, and supporting maintenance,continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with the Senior Developer and stakeholder to develop new service catalog and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement and automation.
- Leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog and migrate away from workflows.
- Participate in the upgrade cycle of ServiceNow, including testing via the use of the Automated Test Framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Min 3 - 5 years experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client
- Expertise as a developer with hands on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflow solution in client environment
- Minimum of ServiceNow certified system administrator
