Responsibilities
- Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
- Process Purchase Order to vendors
- Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
- Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups
- Communicating with a factory in China for delivery matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in Customer Service function
- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
- Mandarin proficiency to communicate with a factory in China
