Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage VMware and other vCenter environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Configure and maintain Meraki switches and access points, as well as Fortigate firewalls, ensuring network security and efficiency.
- Administer Windows servers, including MS-SQL and IIS servers to support development projects and assist with creating queries and reports.
- Support and maintain Windows workstations and laptops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Implement and manage backup/recovery solutions, along with comprehensive disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and operations.
- Collaborate with HQ to align with corporate IT standards, including maintaining and updating ISO documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Able to start within short notice is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of VMware and vCenter environments.
- Proficient in SQL and IIS server management.
- Hands-on experience with Windows servers and workstations.
- Familiar with Meraki and Fortigate products.
- Experience in office 365 installation and configuration.
