Responsibilities
- Maintain and update regional sales pipeline, customer information via CRM/database.
- Prepare and update routine and ad hoc sales reports, forecast reports budget, business plans and presentations etc.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collaterals, such as company/product catalogues, flyers, email campaigns.
- Responsible for CPQ management from quotation, order, loading to shipment.
- Assist sales and marketing events and materials, such as scheduling meetings, managing event calendars, trade shows, trainings, seminars, conferences and corporate gifts.
- Support research & data analysis on sales, products, competitors, industry trends, and potential markets (both existing and potential markets)
- Answer and streamline phone calls and email inquiries.
- Create and maintain Commercial team’s SharePoint/Share folder with the latest information and access control.
- Interface with customers and prospects via email or phone to schedule appointments or follow up on inquiries.
- Work closely with other functional groups not limited to Sales & Marketing, Finance, Services, IT and HR & Admin to ensure accomplishment of task assigned.
- Support office administration when required, and act as a back-up team member of Office admin to maintain day-to-day operations.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in relevant field
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing admin experience
