· Report to the Senior Facility Engineer/Engineer
· Lead, train and supervise a team of engineering technicians to undertake:
- Breakdown, repair and modification work for all utilities services, facility equipment (such as boiler, air compressor, ammonia chiller, cold room, air con, waste water treatment plant, cooling towers, etc …) and factory buildings.
- New equipment installation works.
- Engineering modification works.
- Preventive maintenance works.
- Weekend works
· Take charge of the engineering store and ensure that all movements of spare parts are properly documented
· Ordering of spare parts
· Supervising of contractor’s work
· Monitor and control overtime of the workers
· Ensure the safety of his subordinates
Requirement
· Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· Strong hands-on skills
· Having basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous
