Job Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate documents, including Directors’ Resolutions and other relevant documentation, for clients.
- Update and maintain clients’ company registers to ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
- Manage and maintain the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore corporate enactments, statutory reporting, and filing requirements.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and provide timely advice on corporate secretarial matters.
- Collaborate with the accounting team, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A minimum Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification recognized under the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and contribute as a proactive team player.
- Relevant experience in professional firms will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Language Proficiency
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to handle documentation and client communication.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous to liaise with clients who may prefer communication in other languages but is not a strict requirement.
