Senior Corporate Secretarial Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare corporate documents, including Directors’ Resolutions and other relevant documentation, for clients.
  • Update and maintain clients’ company registers to ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
  • Manage and maintain the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore corporate enactments, statutory reporting, and filing requirements.
  • Monitor statutory deadlines and provide timely advice on corporate secretarial matters.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification recognized under the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and contribute as a proactive team player.
  • Relevant experience in professional firms will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Language Proficiency

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to handle documentation and client communication.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous to liaise with clients who may prefer communication in other languages but is not a strict requirement.
