Position Overview:

The Technology Lead will spearhead the development and deployment of electrical systems and embedded software solutions . This pivotal role entails team leadership, ensuring projects align with quality benchmarks and deadlines.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary team in electrical and embedded software development
  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Architect and implement embedded software solutions for real-time control systems, firmware and device drivers, optimizing performance, reliability and power consumption.
  • Conduct thorough testing, verification, and validation of electrical and embedded software systems utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure robustness and functionality (QA)
  • Resolve technical challenges and implement robust solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, software engineering, and product management to define project requirements, specifications and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, tools and documentation, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering teams with expertise in audio DSP engineering.
