Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying.
- Attend site survey, tender briefing, clarification and coordination with client.
- Involve in tender, taking off measurement, sourcing for quotation and costing analysis.
- Understanding of contractual terms and conditions, including Bill of quantities
- Responsible for prepare sub-contract agreement, prepare and assess claim cert & payment to sub-contractor.
- Submission of monthly progress claim and progress report to client and resolve clarification.
- Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
- To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting.
- Responsible for all project administrative works.
- Involve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with at least 5 years' relevant working experience.
- Candidate must possess Civil, Structural Steel and/or Metal Works QS experience.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in QS preferable in construction industry.
- Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills.
