Job Responsibilities:
- Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs;
- Obtain quotes from newly source suppliers to provide costing and cost reduction;
- Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/service;
- Develop and negotiate favorably supply agreement with suppliers;
- Work with Engineering/Unit Sales to analysis Sales Contract’s scope of supply and provided Sales Contract BOM Cost to Management;
- Support in providing Project Costing;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer/HVAC in or equivalent;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin as to liaise with relevant Mandarin speaking counterparts;
- Excellent organization problem solving and negotiation skills.
