Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce food safety management system (e.g. ISO 22000, FSSC, HALAL system)
- Work closely with various departments such as Production, R&D on new products / trouble shooting
- Liaise directly with customers on quality / food safety issues
- Establish and ensure accuracy of information / documents (e.g. product specifications) provided to customer
- Follow up on machine / equipment maintenance
- Conduct suppliers / internal food safety audits and ensure product consistency
- Review and handling of customer complaint & inspection and other non-conformities
- Assess and review inspecting & testing plans, and modify for improvement if necessary
- Work closely with customers on specifications for new products and quality feedback
- Any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of QA working experience in F&B industry
- Meticulous person, with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
