Job Overview:
As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, creative visuals that align with OOm Institute’s marketing and branding objectives. You will work across both digital and print media, designing marketing collaterals, supporting sales initiatives, and managing a range of projects from conceptualisation to completion. A strong understanding of marketing objectives is essential for the ideal candidate, who should possess a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and collaborative spirit to produce impactful designs that effectively communicate the intended message and drive results across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, marketing collateral, and materials for events and roadshows.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the overall marketing strategy, brand guidelines, and sales objectives.
- Propose and produce conceptual design proposals from initial creative ideas until the final execution.
- Amend existing artwork, review final layouts, and make necessary changes to improve the designs.
- Stay updated on education sector trends to ensure designs align with the company’s offerings.
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
- Manage multiple projects effectively and deliver well-executed designs under tight deadlines.
- Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing a variety of marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, banners, roadshow fixtures, and sales-driven promotional materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint Design
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including UX/UI, and the ability to produce cohesive designs across digital and print media.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful work.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
