What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with teams to resolve case requirements and information requests from clinics
- Review, approve and handle LOG requests, ensuring timely processing with attention to detail
- Address account manager inquiries on pre-admission and inpatient issues and advise on insurance contracts
- Assess cases, appeal to clinics, and manage urgent requests from stakeholders
- Ensure claims align with contracts and contact hospitals for bill clarifications
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree
- Attention to details and ability to multitask
- 1-2 years of relevant experience dealing with Inpatient and Pre-authorisation claims will be advantageous
