Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT User Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT systems and hardware, and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-Line Support: Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person, addressing issues related to in-house software.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues.
- User Account Management: Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory or similar systems.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions for future reference, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting.
- Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel or third-party vendors as needed.
