Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Operations Team Lead, this role will be responsible for supporting the Finance team on administrative tasks to support finance deliverables and day to day operations. In this critical role of a dynamic growing business, it is an opportunity to gain exposure to finance operations in construction industry and gain experience in Accounts Payable.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in role.
- Day-to-day operational tasks including account payables, accounts receivable's and bank reconciliation functions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough finance data records
- Support in any other ad-hoc duties as required by the team
- Adherence to safety in the workplace
- Other administrative scope such as scanning and filing of documents
The ideal candidate should have:
- Diploma graduate in accounting and finance or its equivalent
- Min. 1 year of experience in accounting & finance role
- Detail orientated with a strong professional pride in ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on-time
- A team player, with a positive proactive approach to managing tasks on hand.
