Duties and Responsibility:
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Ensure safety compliance and Quality Control
- Follow up master line program and closely monitor site progress
- Lead and manage project team
- Plan construction schedule and oversee implementation at site
- Prepare and review of construction drawings, technical proposal and method statements.
- Liaise and coordinate with client, QS, authorities, subcontractors
- Liaise and meet with client for construction project
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
- Provide for site safety and security
- Report and escalate to management as needed
Job requirement:
- At least 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve site issues
- WSQ RA Leader Risk Management Cert, SMO, BCSS, Work-At-Heigh (Supervisor), Scissor Lift (Supervisor) and Boomlift Certificate (Supervisor) requirement.
