Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor food cooking machines and make adjustments to the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, fryers and cookers.
2. Clean and reinstate work stations, operate cooking equipment and dispose of waste following the SOPs.
3. Monitor food processing equipment and report cases of improper functions.
4. Operate equipment and machinery in food production lines.
5. Check food quantities, container formats and materials against production instructions given.
6. Remove the finished product from the production line and push batches to the next step of the process for packaging.
7. Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by observing the size, shape and luster of each snack item
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Preferably with experience in F&B sector.
2. Night Shift
3. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
4. Staff Meal will be provided.
