Position : Customer Financial Service Representative
Location : Stationed in the FedEx APAC Financial Service Center, Singapore.
Responsibilities :
- Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers
- Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
- Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
- Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
- Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection
Requirements :
- Diploma or degree holder.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese language as candidate will be covering Japan market. (in order to liaise with the Japanese speaking associates)
- A team player with good customer service skills and results driven.
- Good planning, organizational, problem solving and communication skills are essential.
