This role will be supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition for Singapore and SEA and will be focused on providing best of class recruiting to key leaders in Singapore and their teams.
Expectations of a Talent Acquisition Partner
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Manage key brands within Publicis Communications
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives and Talent Mapping
- Ensuring the ATS is updated daily to ensure an effective talent pipeline and data accuracy
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Keep abreast of and analyze market and sector developments to ensure personal business and specialist technical knowledge is updated and to support the provision of consultative service and market intelligence to clients
- Form close relationships with hiring managers & senior stakeholders to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands
- Develop and manage the recruitment process for internal clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organizing interviews and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure needs and expectations are met in a timely manner
- Provide advice to key stakeholders and candidates on salary levels, benchmarks, training requirements and career progression opportunities to facilitate the recruitment process
- Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment, with multiple brands, diverse product lines and senior stakeholders
- Review and improve recruitment methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities
- Maintain regular contact and reviews with the stakeholders
- Complete and update client and candidate details in administration systems to support effective management information reporting
- Participate in regular meetings with the team and the manager to maximize synergies, discuss market developments, to share experience and knowledge
