We're looking for a Senior Media Designer to join our Employer Branding team! This is a 1-year contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to understand content strategies, posting schedules, and copywriting needs for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Actively participate in creative planning sessions to interpret briefs, target audience insights, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the Groupe's social media tone and visual identity.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging posts, including graphics, animations, and video edits, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and more.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos at internal and external events, ensuring coverage aligns with the content calendar and enhances the Groupe’s storytelling.
- Aid social media manager in directing shots and conducting on-the-ground interviews with colleagues, making them feel comfortable while showcasing authentic and compelling stories.
- Adapt creative content to meet platform-specific requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends, experimenting with new visual styles and formats to enhance engagement on posts.
- Maintain an organized digital library of assets, including photos, videos, and design templates, for easy access and reuse.
