As part of the Singapore Operations team, you will help connect Singapore customers to a wide array of merchants, from familiar favourites to emerging stars, through our many delivery partners. Get to know the role
You will support the Merchant Acquisition Team by tracking market trends and delivering applicable business insights, analysing sales pipeline and conversion data, and optimising processes to increase sales efficiency and growth across several Grab verticals - GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.
You will report to the Head, Sales and Grab Merchant Centre in Singapore.
This role will be onsite at Grab office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will lead market research and identify merchant acquisition opportunities across GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.
- You will develop and implement sales processes to enhance efficiency throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to merchant onboarding.
- You will build comprehensive dashboards by using data from multiple sources to analyze sales performance.
- You will support the planning and execution of sales incentive schemes to achieve business objectives.
- You will create detailed and impactful presentations for key meetings to communicate sales strategies and performance metrics.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional departments on projects.
- You will manage administrative tasks for the team, including employee management and systems access.
