- Maximize sales through effective link and cross-selling techniques, enhancing customer purchases.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS & CLIENTELING
- Cultivate strong customer relations with a warm and sincere "Welcome to Guerlain," establishing a positive rapport with clients.
- Apply Clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships, understanding and catering to individual client preferences and needs.
- Provide accurate and personalized skin consultations for each client, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
- Act as an ambassador for service excellence, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of Guerlain's customer service.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMIZED SERVICE
- Demonstrate products using the Dare to Be techniques, aligning recommendations with the client's specific requirements.
- Propose and deliver tailor-made services and consultations based on Dare to Be guidelines, ensuring a unique and customized experience for every client.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING AND STORE OPTIMIZATION
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising (VM) is at its optimal level, maintaining an attractive and enticing display for customers.
- Collaborate with the team to organize products and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.
