Position Overview: Responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of a company or organization that focuses on character-based and IP-based products or services. This role plays a crucial part in promoting and enhancing the company's brand image, driving customer engagement, and increasing overall business success. The Executive will work closely with the team, learning valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience in the field of IP-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and captivating content related to the company's IP-based products or services. This may include blog posts, social media updates, videos and more.
2. Social Media Management: Help to manage the company's social media accounts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and brainstorming ideas for increasing online visibility and follower growth.
3. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences related to IP-based products or services. Use the insights gained to inform marketing strategies.
4. Brand Promotion: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand and its IP-based offerings. This may involve organizing events, contests, or collaborations to attract a larger audience.
5. Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers or content creators who align with the brand's IP-based focus. Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
6. Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions to engage the company's customer base and drive conversions.
7. Liaison: Work closely with brands, agencies, and vendors for approval of product development, design, etc.
8. Media Management: Craft compelling media release articles and reach out to media outlets to promote the company’s upcoming releases. Receive and attend to media guests during launch day to generate positive brand affinity. Work closely with photographers and videographers on producing effective marketing communications.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in managing events and liaising with IP Licensor
- Team player who has an eye for details
- Excellent time management abilities
- Great communicator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software
- Level of entry financial acumen
- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules and deadlines
