Network Lead (BAU Operations)

Location: Central

• Manage a team of network engineers to provide daily operational network technical support
• Manage network related projects from initiation to implementation
• Manage external and internal stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with all SLAs, IT policies and provide support for audit audit activities.
• Responsible for BAU service delivery
• Acts as the escalation point
• Participate in planning, design, preparation, and network implementation for supporting customer’s major events

Requirements:

• Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Strong experience in managing the Network BAU operations.
• Experience in the following:

1. Cisco Routing & Switching
2. Cisco SD-WAN
3. Cisco ISE
4. Firewall – Palo Alto
5. Cisco Wireless
6. Zscaler
