Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for pharmaceutical products
- Conduct strategic sourcing, horizon scanning and market landscape analysis
- Engage suppliers to ensure quality level, cost improvement and supply efficiency
- Work with supply chain operations to review and revise internal processes to improve efficiencies Identify, facilitate and administer projects on pharmaceuticals procurement and supplies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the planning for the pharmaceutical purchasing programme
- Lead and manage procurement team including performance review, providing guidance and advice on day-to-day work
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy with minimum 2 years' of relevant professional practice experience
- A registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Good knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in engaging stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Relevant experience in Procurement and inventory management of drugs and pharmaceutical products
- Good knowledge in SAP-MM, Microsoft office, excel and powerpoint.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent worker with team spirit and good problem solver
