Bulk cooking is a must
Familar with cook chill method
Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays
planning daily menu and routine orders
ordering of regular items vegetables meat items
cleanliness of the kitchen
ensure hygiene way preparation
timely dispatch of catering orders
time management of the cooks
