Job scope
· Prepare ingredients
· Cook according to Company's SOP and hygiene standards
· Plan food preparation to maximise profits and minimise wastage
· Inventory management
· Maintain cleanliness of premises
· Take orders, cashiering
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
