• Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise, organize, and plan activities to ensure smooth operation and
maintenance of all vehicles and all types of machinery
• Prepare project progress reports and plan for one week to look ahead to
activities to be completed
• Redline markup drawings to be done progressively and update engineering
• Perform MTO and update progressively to ensure proper control of material
procurement and usage
• Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed for maintenance timely
• Follow up on all vehicle operations and maintenance
• Understand and ensure compliance with vehicle requirements
• Manage and ensure subcontractor performance is in line with the provided
schedule
• Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
• Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey instructions clearly
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Experienced worker will be
considered without education)
• Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical engine and motors operations
• Experience in managing a workforce of subcontractors/workers
• Able to lead/chair daily discussions with subcontractor supervisors for daily
progress updates
• Ability to communicate effectively, and coordinate all machine activities
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact and resolve issues
• Computer literacy — MS Excel for reporting.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 7 pm.
If required, may need to work on Sundays.
