- Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities for assigned business units, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and lead organizational change and development efforts.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and managers, offering strategic HR advice and support aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries via the Company Support Hub and address workplace issues effectively.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts while ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Plan and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and job performance.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and support regional performance management processes and promotion cycles.
- Provide guidance for handling disciplinary cases and creating improvement plans for underperforming employees.
HR Services & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with personal data protection regulations.
- Ensure HR deliverables meet organizational standards and comply with local laws, balancing these with operational requirements.
Regional Support:
- Support the Senior HR Regional Manager in collaborating with SEA Regional HR teams on strategic initiatives and regional projects.
