Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned business units to ensure the seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Foster and enhance employee engagement while leading organizational change management and development initiatives.
- Build strong, influential relationships with leaders and managers in the assigned business units, providing strategic HR advice and guidance aligned with organizational objectives.
- Represent Singapore HR by addressing HR-related inquiries via the process improvement system (Company Support Hub) and offering support on workplace matters.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Coordinate and implement employee development programs to enhance job-related skills and competencies.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and support regional performance management and promotion cycles.
- Assist in managing disciplinary cases and developing improvement plans for underperforming employees.
HR Services & Compliance:
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and compliant with personal data protection regulations.
- Deliver HR initiatives for business units in alignment with HR guidelines and local laws, balancing compliance with operational needs.
Regional Support:
- Assist the Senior HR Regional Manager in collaborating with SEA Regional HR teams on strategies and organization-wide projects.
