We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our global client, a renowned leader in the sports entertainment industry. This newly created role will support the Singapore team while working closely with the regional office in Hong Kong. This is a part-time role requiring onsite work half a day each day from Monday to Friday.
Job Description:
- General duties including handling incoming mails and parcels. Greeting guests and inform employees of arriving guests, serving tea.
- Manage administrative duties including office supplies procurement, office notices and repairs, equipment and office maintenance.
- Record update / maintenance (e.g. staff contact list, vendor list, petty cash report, company BR and contracts etc.)
- Handle courier services (e.g. invoicing and custom related issue, etc.)
- Work with building management and vendors (e.g. deep cleaning and carpet cleaning, vendor agreements, contract renewal and invoice processing.)
- Manage admin-related concerns for new hires (e.g. office badges, workstation set up, keys, stationery, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to other regional offices.
- Supervise and coordinate the work with the Part-time cleaning lady from cleaning service provider.
- Support overseas visitors from regional/global office
- Assist with various company events
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by his/her direct report.
Required Skills/Knowledge
- 2-3 years of receptionist or office administrative support / experience required.
- English with knowledge on Cantonese will be preferable; Mandarin and/or other regional language a plus.
- Proficient at Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Resourceful, independent with good organization skills
