We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Auditor to review and monitor our accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in billing, payment records, and account reconciliations, while also identifying overdue accounts and improving AR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices, payments, and AR records for accuracy.
- Analyze AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer accounts with the ledger and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare AR audit reports and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance) to ensure compliance and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of auditing experience in a reputable accounting or audit firm, or internal audit function.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with AR modules in accounting software (e.g. SAP).
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Strong background in financial process reviews, identifying anomalies, and interpreting audit results with a critical approach.
- Proficiency in internal audit techniques, risk management frameworks, and financial controls.
- Advanced data analytics skills and familiarity with audit tools.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with teams and customers.
