Located in the heart of the Malay/Muslim district at Wisma Geylang Serai.
- Manage all restaurant reservations, including responding to emails, calls, WhatsApp and arranging private events.
- Handle all event inquiries and confirmations via calls and emails, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist guests with reservations and updates via the reservation system (e.g. Chope/TableCheck)
- Have a good knowledge of the menu. Greet and assist restaurant guests during dinner service.
- Work with colleagues during busy periods to maintain service standards.
- Ensure smooth event operations by completing checklists and tasks.
- Promote the restaurant's services positively in various channels like Social Media, WhatsApp, etc
- Handle billings for dinner service and events.
- Plan and execute promotional activities.
- Coordinate meetings and special events with the management team.
- Support the management team in achieving business goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in F&B industry
- Driven & Passionate to Provide the Best Experience for Customers in the F&B industry
- Customer-oriented, service focussed, responsible and positive working attitude
- Able to commit to restaurant's peak period including weekends, eve of and public holidays and able to work in split shift
- Computer Savvy is a requirement to reply to emails, WhatsApp, Social Media Channels
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
Job Information:
- Pleasant working environment at Wisma Geylang Serai (Paya Lebar MRT)
- 5 day work week (must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays)
- 13-month bonus applicable
