Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the F&B outlet.
- Assist in managing and leading the team, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary actions when needed.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage while ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and service flow.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular checks.
- Assist in preparing reports, including sales, staffing, and financial performance.
- Supervise staff scheduling and manage shift rosters to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Oversee cash handling and ensure adherence to financial procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including inventory management and scheduling / timesheet management.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1).
- Wine certification preferred.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated leadership skills.
