· Able to work independently and supervise construction work.
· Min. Diploma candidates preferred.
· At least 2 years experience with relevant field.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
· Assist site supervisor with daily operation.
· Liaising with main contractor for coordination work.
· Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress.
· Report to Project Director / Project Manager.
· Any other duties as assigned by the Project Director / Project Manager.
· Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
· Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
· Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
· Coordinate subcontractors and manage their activities on site.
